REALLY sick of work. Been looking at postgrad courses, or distance/online courses to do in a completely different field, because I am OVER working in the corporate environment and can’t see myself getting back into psych anytime soon. Each day is a struggle at work, and I’m coming home moody every day. You know you must really hate your job that you don’t even want to go into detail about how much you hate it, and just want to change the subject.
Like now! I’ve gotten back into pilates and went back to classes today. I love how little work is involved but my muscles still feel achy and shaky, and I can feel my little abs working under that awesome roll of fat on my stomach. I also found out that a bikram yoga studio is opening in Perth in a few months (!!!) so I’m really keen to get into that if I can. I’m also going to try to get to 100 push ups Born to Be Bad move
over the next few weeks to get some arm strength – so let’s see how that goes. I don’t really have the most consistent record when it comes to fitness.
